Privacy

When you place an order we ask for:

• Your name.
• Your WhatsApp number — this is how we reach you about your order, and how we recognise you if you order again.
• Your delivery address and area, or the pickup point you chose.
• The date you picked, and what is in your order.
• How you heard about us. We ask because it is the only way we know which of our efforts are working.
• Optionally, your Instagram handle and any notes you add to the order.

We use it to make and deliver your order, and to contact you about that order on WhatsApp. We keep a record of past orders so we can see who orders regularly.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone beyond what is needed to get your order to your door.

There is no card payment on this site, so we never see your card details. The order itself is paid by InstaPay, arranged directly with you, and the delivery fee is cash to the courier.

This site currently runs no analytics or advertising trackers. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded.

Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so you do not lose a pack you are halfway through building. It never leaves your device until you submit an order, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Order and customer records are kept for as long as we are trading, so we can look up a past order and recognise returning customers.

Message us and we will remove your customer record. Ask through the same WhatsApp number you ordered on, so we know it is you.
